on a 99 the horn will intermitantly go off by itself not like when the alarm goes off and it beeps this on steady blast until you take the relay out or unhook the battery doesn't matter if its cold or hot if i played with the light switch the horn would go off and once i turned the radio off and it sarted blaring away any ideas
anybody had this problem

find the period key. No in all honesty i have never had a problem with my horn except, it sometimes sounds like a Police Siren. I have absolutely no idea why my horn changes sometimes, but i think it has to do something with the relay under my dash and the big siren speaker i have mounted in my front bumper.
Have you checked under your dash or under the hood for any exposed wires in the harnesses? You could quite possible have had some rodent in there eating away at your wires...ive heard of it before up at the lexus dealership.
