Figured the forum would be more accesible that the oldskool email.

Only ones who showed were James, Les, John Hall, myself and a new member Jon Beagius (SP?) with a really, really nice 80 series.

TLCA Business
James has to submit our Chapter In Good Standing form by the end of this month so he needs everyone to re-up their dues.

James also has everything he needs to draft the Bylaws so I asked if he would please have a draft ready for us to review at the next meeting.

CLCC Business
I also provided James with the Form 1024 and instructions for filing for 501c7 (non-profit social club). That will be a little more drawn out because the Bylaws have to be in place and we have to elect new officers.

Election of Officers
James and Les agreed to run for another term as Secretary and Treasurer, respectively. Les indicated that if elected this would be his final term (limiting himself to two years). Andrew has indicated he will step down as President so the floor is open for nominations...so to speak. We also need to elect a TLCA Delegate to backfill Joe Maiellano.

I should have come out, i apologize for not making the meeting. It would have been docked hours for me to leave work early.

I'll step up for office where you need me.

Does anyone have contact info for long lost members that need some motivation to get back into the CLCC? Anyone else want to become an officer?

Everyone should remember to renew their TLCA membership also if they are not current as that is a prereq for CLCC membership.
