Any Socal toyota dealership can work on the transmission TSB?

I went to my toyota dealership in LA they cant seem to find the TSB eventhough i showed them online. Thanks in advance. Msg me with your service writer. Thanks

My local texas one did it on my 16 2 weeks ago, no problems.

Longo Toyota in El Monte, CA. My 2016 received the TSB upgrade last March. They were hesitant at first but I nicely asked for the Service Manager and told him how horrible the ride was in my $85k Toyota... And so he sent out one of his best mechanics to test-drive and gave the green light to fix. My service advisor was Edward Lopez
