Any New Body Lift Kits?

With Jonesy's/Duiser's no longer being an option, is there a complete kit out there for a body lift of the 100 series? The spacers look easy enough to make, and bolts are abundant, but the steering column extension and fan shroud bracket would be nice to purchase as a kit. Any vendors filling this void?

I'm not sure they are up and running. They haven't responded to my inquiries and I've read of others having the same experience. There were a number of complaints a while ago about product not getting shipped. If they eventually respond and have product ready to go, I'll still give them a try, but it seems unlikely from what I've gathered. (Their blog hasn't been update for a couple of years from what I can tell, if that means anything)
