hey guys, im new to posting on the forum but ive been reading it for half a year now, and i currently live in savnnah,Ga and i was just wondering how many people on the site cruise down this way, i think it would be alot of fun to organize a big cruise this summer!!, i suppose this is the right area just let me know, by the way you can spot me in my white 1989 fj62 all around town! thanks happy cruising

Another South Georgia Cruiser

I'm on the west side of south Ga, Bainbridge. Had my '72 FJ40 for about a year now. If you ever decide to get something together close by let me know. :)
 
I live in savannah and drive a red fj40, just let me know if any body wants to cruise.

sheeeet i haven't been on here in for ever!! in after i sold my 62 i got a 4runner sold it and no have a taco and looking for another 60 series! im down to meet up still though! sorry for the 2 year delay damnn
 
I got a friend selling their 60 series...depending on what you are looking for and condition you are wanting. It is solid and needs an alternator but thinking you can get it for good deal.
 
shoot well if i do look for one it will be later towards the end of this year, i just got my tacoma 2 days ago but after some solid work this summer i might have a few grand to play around with and snag a project truck

I think I've seen your truck. Do you live somewhere off Abercorn near Leoci's? Seems like I see a red 40 down there a lot. I've only been in Sav for two years now and I'm also new to Cruisers. Just bought a '97 80 that I'll be riding around in.
 
I live in Ocala , Fl about 3 hours south from ya'll . We ( Florida Land Cruiser Assosation , FLCA ) are having a get together at Hard Rock of Ocala on the weekend of Feb 24 , 25 and 26 . Get a chance come on down best wheelin you will find in Florida .
 
I just sent everyone in the Savannah area a PM or e-mail. Please e-mail me back and I will keep your e-mail address and try to track the user names.

I wan to set up a local area group as most of the GA forum seems to be up around Atlanta and not very convenient for monthly meetings or HAMOMs.

I know I have about 5 including myself in the area that would like to do something. Hopefully we can get a few more out of this group.

It may not be enough planning but I would also like to see if we could get a Caravan and go to the STR hosted by ONSC in the last week of April. I plan on taking the whole week off and traveling all the way up. Probably spending most of our time in Frisco Woods.
 
Moved out to Colorado, wish we could have started all this when I still lived in the area. Someone at the Toyota dealership has a red fj40 on that side of town, I Lived on Wilmington Island so most likely not me.
