recently moved my rear axle back 4" from rear Drakar fj60 springs...thanks Cruiser-Outfitters :D

previously installed bushwhacker flares aren't going to cut it :P

thanks,
manny

I trim the inner lip off, and use 6mm or .250” hardware and a flat washer of an OD around 1” on the flare side.

I pick a few spots where I want holes in the flare and drill them.

I have the old set from mine, and was thinking to get a second set, cut them , and splice them together to make 2 longer ones.. I cut my opening too big to use TJ flares..

Mark,
Bushwhackers are yours...

Thanks bud! :)

Sent you a PM

Not until you get them back from me! ;) I'm all done with them. I just put masking tape on the sheet metal then drew the inner and outer lines. I templated the stock shape and then cut back so the TJ flares would fit later on when I source my own.

thanks Alan.

Hijack over :D
