Is anyone able to help identify what is causing this squealing noise? Thanks very much for any advice/insight.
Some relevant factors:
1. It [the noise] begins on start-up.
2. It is worse/louder the longer the truck has not been started.
3. It seems to be getting worse.
4. It will usually last approximately 20 seconds while idling.
5. It seems definitely related to the A/C. When I toggle the A/C on/off, it has an effect on the sound.
6. It also seems related to the accelerator. Sometimes it will go away when I put the truck in gear. Sometimes it will not go away and get worse when I press on the accelerator.
