I have a 99 parts car that I had a new muffler welded up to, so to save 50 bucks I was going to swap the exhaust (cats and all) over to my 97. Only thing is, on the 99 it has two small cats one after the other and the 97 has one large one. I am pretty sure they are both still stock and I am wondering if the change to two cats is an upgrade for performance? More emissions restrictions or what? What do you guys think?
