I have looked at the service manual, and there is no genuine replacement for this part (lower bushing) I did a small search, and it seems they are the same bushing size as the 80 series, but i'm a bit skeptic about this information.

Has anybody replaced the front bushings and fitted aftermarket ones ? The shocks are ok, and I don't want to replace them for just a broken bushing.

TIA.

Which bushing are you referring to? From the research I've done, all the AHC shock bushings/cushions are all replaceable iirc. The one I think you're referring to is:
48510H BUSH(FOR FRONT SHOCK ABSORBER), part number 90903-89016

If you want to see for yourself, unfortunately it looks like almost every toyota/lexus parts site took down the parts diagrams. I've found only one site that still posts it - toyotapartseast. It's not intuitive - you need to click a few times deep to get the parts diagrams but they're there (for toyotapartseasy it's the More Info button up top left and then yet another click to get the actual illustrations).

Here's the Diagram for the "front spring and shock absorber":
