I just found out today that my brake pads, calipers and rotors are shot. Gonna try to replace them this weekend or next. Anyone have advice for someone with limited knowledge. Any help is greatly appreciated.

It is a pretty easy job. Just make sure after you attach the calipers back up you bleed the entire system and not just the front. I would also adjust the rears also at this same time. I would also cap off the lines when you take the calipers off. Just so you do not run all of the fluid out of the lines. And make sure that your bleeders are on the top of the caliper when you install them.

Hey thanks Eric but I may not be able to do it for a while, I wasnt going to change the rotors but I decide while I had everything off I might as well. So im going to have to order them first, MAF sells them for $65 a piece and thats the best price i've found on them. I appreciate the offer and I'll let you know when I get the parts.

cool

no trouble. If you feel like getting that thing dirty tomorrow after work, let me know. I did not get to make it to URE today. I ended up putting in a floor in the attic.
