My Revo's are past being serviceable, although almost 60k on my 285-75-16 D range. They have been great tires. I hear the Revo 2's don't have as good a rating, plus they are much more expensive than the Khumos. Kids in college, so I need to save where I can!

Looking at Khumo Road Venture SAT KL61's; Tire rack and user ratings are actually better than the Revos.

What has your real life experience been?

Mostly on road local driving, need good snow performance as I have a 400' long uphill driveway that gets pretty bad.

Off road would be for a reconaissance for proposed Survey project and towing my 17' Boston Whaler.

Thanks

Cant speak for the Khumos but I did consider them when looking for tires.

Check the Falken Wild Peaks, its the only AT tire with a 50k mile tread wear warranty, they ride great, are quiet, and affordable.

You should have bought back on labor day, DTD was having their $100 off rebate set of 4s. You could have gotten a set of Falken Rocky Mountain for something like $600 shipped to your door, 285s.

The next sale is probably Black Friday as usual.
