Another gauge cluster question

So, fuel temp and oil pressure don't work. There is a 3 prong connection on the back of the cluster and there is a 3 prong female connector hanging out of the harness behind the dash but it's a few inches too short to reach and doesn't look like it would connect. Any idea what this plug is for?

And not sure what this connector is for. has a single wire run into it prob for a + lead
 
You may have already solved this but there are a few things going.

I may be wrong but the plug in the last pictures makes me thing you have a 73 FJ40 the 2 reds and 2 greens are for the turn signals and dash lights.

Your cluster is a late model with the amp gauge hotwired in. And you have a jumper it looks like on the board. Late models are wired differently.

See if you have power into those gauges to start with. It you touch the middle post on the fuel to ground with a test light it should light up.
