I have searched and am a little confused. I had the OME 865s added to the rear and now I want the front to be lifted slightly. So if I crank the torsion bars I will need to then get an alignment and a diff drop kit?

The diff drop kit will be optional. A front alignment will be mandatory after adjusting ride height.
Consensus is that if you adjust the torsion bars - you should get an alignment.
As for the diff drop, the idea there is to lessen the severity of the angles in your cv joints. So yes, a diff drop is prob a good idea any time you raise the front end.
