The EBay ad states, "1991 Toyota Diesel Landcruiser. It was imported from Panama and does not have a title. It was sold as a parts car. This vehicle can be titled with proper paperwork."

Can someone comment on the process of obtaining a title for a parts car? Don't you have to post a substantial bond?

Looking at the whole deal, I'd be concerned the whole thing is illegal! 'Imported' from Panama as a 'Parts car'? Not titled and not registered...Is this from midnight auto sales? Check the interior panels for special packages, just don't be on the premises when the German Sheperds show up! This sounds like a case for Crockett and Tubbs!
