Another Blackout Grill

Had to do it. The red trim seems hideous to me. I need to pick up another color paint for the Toyota emblem and the 4WD emblem. I used Krylon for plastic that I picked up at Autozone, sanded it down a bit with 80 grit. I'm sure I'll give it a second coat after I paint the Toyota emblem.

Any tips for getting that 4WD emblem off? Is it just, "carefully pry"?

if you open the tailgate and pull the carpet cover thing off you can push the little tab things together and it will come off. I pulled mine and put a trd emblem where it used to be. it's all about the details.

Thanks, and the TRD emblem sounds awesome. Got any pics? I'm thinking of some TRD Off Road stickers on the sides below the LC emblems. I'm sure I'm not the first there.
