Well, the right eye looks alert and ready to play with something! Hope he is not in too much pain.

Oh yeah, he is. Left eye is mostly open now, and he doesn't seem to be in too much pain. Acts like he's starving though.

All I gotta say are kids are amazing.

Staples come out either Weds or Thurs (have appointments both days, forget which one). He has 85 of them, yet doesn't pull or pick at them at all.

Swelling is pretty much completely gone, he has a bit left that'll likely go away once the staples are out (they're an irritant, so it's expected). He's basically back to his old self.
