The poll has ended and we now have a new club name. With 57% of the vote DixieLand Cruisers has been selected as the new club name.

At this time, I would like to THANK everyone for their participation and patience.

With this behind us, we are now moving forward to get the chapter formation processed with the TLCA.

We are currently putting together an "informal" club meeting and will keep you posted when a time, date, and place is determined. Everyone is welcome to attend!

Our first event together as a club will be at Cottonland Cruiser's Southern Cruiser Crawl at Grayrock OHV park on Oct 17th, 18th, and 19th.

Grayrock is located just north of Birmingham in the Gardendale/Mt. Olive area. People will begin to arrive on Thursday, Oct 16th to set up camp and hopefully do a little pre-riding.

We need to make our presence known since this is in our home state!

Besides having a good time at this year's 'Crawl, we will have an "informal" meeting to update everyone on what is going on. We all need to be thinking of club events that we can have around the state. Trail rides, meetings, cook-outs, etc. have been suggested, but please suggest other things that you would like to see our club do as a group.

This is an exciting time for all of us! I look forward to seeing and meeting everyone soon!

We do need to get together and maybe the members located in similar geographic areas should try to meet up, especially with Ike recking havoc on fuel prices.

One official thing we need to do as a club is to vote to accept our bylaws. So as while we are trying to get the other TLCA stuff straight, read through the bylaws and let us know if there are any mistakes or changes that need to be made.
