I ordered some small parts (washers, oil filters, etc) yesterday that I need to do my 30,000 mile service this weekend. If I don't do the work this weekend it will be another couple of weeks before I have time. Rick Arflin assured me I would have the parts in time.
I received a call today from Travis in Parts. FedEx did not pick up from RHT yesterday. Travis is coming to Greenville after work to do a few things and is meeting me at Cherrydale to hand deliver the parts.
And that is why Ralph Hayes Toyota ROCKS! Do you really think any other dealer would do that?
