I bought a multimeter the other day because of the issues I'm having with my hj47.

First off, I'm on battery two... I have the proper one, correct cca, size, rating. I'm getting between 13 and 14 volts when accelerating back to my battery. From what I read, this is about right. I drove this troopie on a 400 mile round trip to south Carolina a couple weekends ago. So, one would think if the battery is getting a return between 13 and 14 it should be fine. The problem is, the truck will not start back up, even right after running and driving for 30 min plus.

It is almost like the starter is not spinning fast enough on restart. Any ideas or theories? Thanks.

Daniel
