New alternator, it doesn't start charging until 1000 rpm or so- 
the aftmkt A/C mount may be the problem; maybe the pully is too large in diameter- I know one thing- I'm going to have to helicoil the mounts since they are stripped- PO crap form P.R.- the clown who installed the AC was a crappy mechanic-
