Sorry Joel...

Some of us are going to the Boulder Creek weekend event. Mainly because they are having events that only a Zu can keep up with...lol...j/k...(off road drag racing, yippy! Coolbreeze is goin' down!). We are going to camp the weekend. Taco party and offroad movies at our camp Friday night.

They are requiring pre-registration.

that is also jk's birthday weekend (i think) and jody's birthday. i have been talking with jody and hopfully he will have his axle fixed by then and wants to go too. i am in and (maybe ?) my wife will make this one ( but not for camping - baby sitter is too expensive )

I'm considering it, but depends on if I have the time to finish up the work on my 40. Got the cage all welded together, but I haven't finished fabing up the over head console, I keep screwing up the metal work on that and it all still needs to be painted. hopefully it will be in, maybe not anchored all the way, but hopefully it will be in, then I've got to do the radiator protection, it's still in the box......

Man, I'm working as much and as fast as I can. I do have all the parts and pieces finished fror the roll cage, it's just the rain is giving me a hard time trying to get it painted, plus I need to be in Burnet tonight to give a presentation, That'll slow me down an evening. But hopefully by Sunday, I can at least have it bolted in the best I can, then worry about tieing it to the frame a little later. I still have the radiator protector/stinger that I still need to do, but probably won't tackle that until after boulder creek. Oh yeah, I forgot- new tie rod ends, I've been a little worried about the ones on it now, but those won't take that long to do. Wonder how much wheeling we'll be able to do with the 750 closed for now?

well there is snoopy falls, green horn, plus the new one they opened outside of the 750, there may be some more. I'm going for sure, probably sunday so Jody and I can have plenty of time to get my diffs done and get his axels done.

I'm prolly gonna make it Staurday. 4 bolts and 16 self tapping sheet metal screws is all I need and the cage will be "bolted" in. I will anchor it to the frame later. I will be off work both Thursday and Friday getting other things done and prolly drive up Satyurday morning. Where will everyone be around 8:30-9o a.m. (+-)? We can catch up with each other Tuesday night at the meeting and work it out I guess.

Ok well I got my front third out, going to deliver it to jody tomorrow. I've got a ridiculous schedule with class starting and work, so Im not even sure if I'll have it done by saturday morning. However I know for a fact I'll have it done by sunday. I'm not completely saying it wont be done by saturday, I just can't make any guarantees.

hey matt here's a slogen i learned in my younger years and it looks like w.l. has cought on to it too it goes like this ( i think i can - i think i can - i think i can ) and then after that i usually open another adult beverage me - jody- and my neighbor with quads will be meeting up at 1431/183 at about 9:30 ( oh and my wife will be making this one too )

Haha well I've been pulling the strings of the submissive females that I work with and I think Im going to get friday off so Ill have a whole day to work on it. I just don't want to rush anything I know its a delicate area to tamper with. My lady will be making it out as well.

well matt my wife has not been able to wheel with me in 5 years ( due to our lovely chitlends ) and she is totally stoked about finally going again but on the other hand she is skittish too ( been so long ) maybee our other halves can play with my 40 to see what kind of damage they can produce - my money is on the 40 i bet the girls would quit before the 40 does.
