I have a Prinsu Roofrack with a CVT Mt. Hood single channel Hard-shell Rooftop Tent for sale. It is used, but well taken care of and cleaned thoroughly after each use. I'd be willing to separate the RTT from the roof rack if you only want the tent, but not selling roof rack by itself. The awning is not included.

CVT Mt. Hood RTT by itself - $1600 - comes with mattress, condensation mat, shoe bags, load cross bars and collapsible ladder

You were very clear in your description regarding no rack-only sale, however if for some reason you change your mind, I'll be down that way in a few weeks and would take the Prinsu off your hands.
