Hello Everybody,
I'm the newest noob in the 60's forum. I've got an FJ62 with +/- 155k on the clock. It's been a great truck, we've owned it about a year. I bought it sight unseen from a guy in NY who owned it since it was one year old. I had an FJ55 in college (RIP) but had to get rid of it before movin' to the city (parking spots and all that). I've regretted it ever since, so we finally got ourselves another cruiser. My wife liked the 80 but I liked the 55, so we settled on a 62. I really debated about getting an 80, but they just don't have that cool factor that the 60's have.
So here's a pic of the rig on its first wheeling trip to Uwharrie in NC. It had the stock pizza cutters but did pretty well. The only upgrades I've done are to replace the tires with 31x10.50's, but other than that it's totally stock. However, I have big plans for the near future...
