COMPLETE 2F engine - Runs like a champ, fantastic compression, no smoke, from a 1977 fj40 WITH 1984 electronic ignition (also has factory oil cooler).

73K original miles on it - at 72K miles I tore all apart, cleaned, and put new gaskets throughout. Starts, runs, idles like a new motor.

Air cleaner to oil pan.

Rebuilt SM465 is mated to it and a 3speed cruiser tcase. This is all together. Also, I have original 4 speed tranny and tcase to go with all of this.

Shifters, brakets, etc.. all included. With the engine - I am keeping the radiator, everything else goes with the engine - Complete.

Everything for 2,000.00 Located in Colorado Springs.

Call or email is the best to contact.

Thanks,

Ragman

Interested. Do you know what the compression numbers are?

How many miles on the 465 trans and t/c and what condition are they in?

Well, I am at 7000 feet altitude, and when I ran compression they were all around 110-115. I can check this again for you if you'd like.

I'd like to sell this all together to aid in getting my v8 swap under way, however if it all sold at once I'd separate.

The tranny has about 30K on it, in fantastic shape - just went through it all 300 miles ago. The t/c was rebuilt and has all new seals about 1400 miles ago.

Let me knwo if you have any other questions!

Thanks

Is 110-115 normal compression at 7000 feet?

I would be interested in the tranny and tcase if someone wanted to take the engine. Or if you deciede to sell seperatly let me know.

Dees - you might send a pm to Okie dave - as he was interested in the engine.

ALso - i forgot to mention, this has a brand new clutch assembly. I would recommend useing a pilot bearing instead of the advanced adapters pilot bushing they provide. It is not as quit when idling in neutral. Okie-dave, if you plan on using the engine - I'd swap the pilot bushing out (a cheap part) and worth it.

hmmm....I might be in the market for a new engine, I am in Denver. Just bought a 73 that has a tranny and tcase and radiator, just needs an engine....
