Alignment after Bilstein 5100 0.85" perch

The front shocks on my GX are leaking and I'm interested in replacing them with Bilstein 5100. If I use the first notch to mount the perch at 0.85", will I need to get an alignment? I'm guessing yes but I'd like to hear your thoughts. Thanks.

Would this require aftermarket upper control arms to be able to properly align the front if the springs were perched 0.85" higher than normal?
