Airtex mechanical fuel pump... Junk?

yes it is, I got an aftermarket one that was a Kyosan.....so it was sorta not a OEM part but it was. I don't think it was rebuilt or remaned, I think it was one of those rare cases where you just bypassed Toyota and got the same part for less.....

Wasn't Kyosan OEM?-- I thought it was.
