The aircon compressor on my new 75 series is making some noise, its from the clutch and sounds like a bearing/bush.
I took the belt off and spun it by hand so its not the idler pulley.

Is it possible to remove/repair/replace without degassing?

Hi Rosco ,,,

You Can Replace Denso Compressor Clucth !

Yeah I know,I did it this morning:D

I had to unbolt it from the mount and swivel it upwards to get the circlip off and bolt it back on to bash the rotor off

Toyota and Denso both want to sell you the whole clutch but I found a small shop that repairs them with a new bearing.
