AIRBAG Spacers

Ordered a set of 52420 universal 2" spacers as mentioned in other threads for the factory airbags. The three holes and the diameter of the spacer line up with the airbag air connection, centering pin, and retaining clip pin. The spacers holes need to be opened up. Next is to figure out how to mount the spacers to the top of the airbag resting spot in the chassis. At least the centering hole and outer centering pin hole will be used. The factory airbags will require more spacer material removal because the air connection is molded/fixed. Getting close.

I know this is an old post but I am getting ready to do the same 2" spacer. Did you have to adjust the sensors or any linkage?

I have not gone after the spacer install yet.

Planned on adjusting the slides on the linkage for the height sensors. The middle section would be next of the slide wasn’t enough. The linkage is currently adjusted to give the rear about 1.1” of lift to match the front lift.
