airbag pump into tire pump possible?

well i searched for this topic and cant find anything. im just wondering if its possible to convert my airbag pump into a tire pump. is it capable for 33in tires? its just an idea im sure it will get shot down and someone will say just buy one. but its a pump and its already on the gx and its already wired. im just thinking i can adapt a air hose in place of the airbag lines and switch it on and off from the inside. possible or not enough power in the pump?

From what I have gathered and heard on here, the pump isn’t enough to do tires. Sorry but toss it in the trash and get a real air compressor

Might work for a bicycle tire but not your 33s.

For $90 you can grab one of these and one of these and get a free charger. I have one and can inflate all 4 of my tires from 15 to 32 psi in around 15-20 minutes in a single charge. It's not lightning fast, but very easy to throw in the GX when off-roading, and much less of an investment than onboard air.

Viair is a good choice too. $80. I have had this for 5 years and it runs strong. It will fill the 35s on my Tundra to 35 PSI in 5-8 minute per tire. That is at elevation. Much faster on the GX 32s. They also make bigger better portable 12V compressors but this one is cheap, light, small and easy to move from vehicle to vehicle. Onboard air is overrated IMO unless you are crawling every weekend.

yeah i kinda thought so. i really dont need a air compressor just was an idea because it is already there.
