I had replaced my steering wheel on my 2000 LC with another one, the horn no longer was functioning and the airbag light came on. I thought it was the clockspring so I had ordered a new one and replaced it however the problem still existed. I do think I may have over pulled the bottom harness (from the factory not clock spring) while attempting to install the steering wheel initially & wondering if it could be checked or changed out. Horn worked fine prior to this blunder, anyone have any suggestions on how I could go about fixing this problem?

You'll probably want to get a multimeter and test wires for continuity in the steering column, to see if you have a broken wire or something

Jump the horn relay in the engine bay. Horn on = everything starting from the fusebox to the horn works fine. Just grab a piece of wire and jump 2 of the three contacts (not sure which ones it was, but easy to find out in 5s).

Does the horn work when triggering the alarm?
