Aim my headlights (2 Viewers)

I recently installed TEQ Customs after market headlights for my 06 LX. They’re pointing down, even after my local shop “adjusted” them. Anyone know a shop in southern Oregon/northern CA that will actually use a good aiming system, like Beamsetter? Thanks.

Not sure how LX headlights are adjusted, my LC got philips screws, after installing the headlights, I adjusted to a wall and took a night drive.Can see the light cutpoff line, if you see people flashing headlights, then you have it too high.. I got off the car, lowered the lights by turning the philips bolts and continued until both my self and others are happy!

Does your HL housing still have the adjustment bolt/screw?
