AHC Mystery Lean Driver Side Rear

I pulled out the LX570 to wash it and notices a lean in driver side rear. Pulled out the tape measure and measured all 4 corners. The rear was leaning 1 inch from the passenger rear side. Washed the truck and pulled it back in the garage. I measured all four corners again and there was no lean. The driveway is not 100% level, but 1 inch was alot. It's a 2011, and front shocks and bushings to be replaced. I've ordered new globes as well to replace. All this was before the lean for preventative maintenance.
