Numerous threads mention lowering the adjustable height control AHC to trick the height sensors to put more air in the air springs and raise the vehicle. I crawled under to do this a few days ago to try and keep the GX in a higher setting to seal off the leak on the rear passenger side until new air springs get here next week. It didn't seem to do anytbing and was still setting on bump stops, however the harsh bucking in the rear suspension seemed to dissipate, but I wasnt totally satisfied. I crawled under tonight and pushed the AHC sensors up, and that ended up lifting the GX and solved the problem. (Sealed/closed the crack in the airspring by inflating it a bit more closing the leak on itself). So for future users a little bit of info and an image of the AHC control sensor of which I loosened the bolt and slid it up to increas the ride height by tricking the air compressor to add more air.
Two notes:
1. Perhaps I was misunderstanding when I read others pushed theirs "down" to achieve a rear lift?
2. When I started I noticed the AHC sensors on mine where not even close to being at the same setting to each other.
