Hello all,

I posted a similar occurrence of this in the past, but I am still stumped. Seems like every few months my AHC fluid is about three to four marks above the max fluid line; however, it is normally right at the max fluid line. When this happens I cycle the vehicle between L, N, & H. The fluid level seems to reset itself a majority of the time, and is restored to the max fluid line when in L.

I bleed the fluid in Sept. of last year, and replaced the old fluid with new. Could this be caused by air in the system, or any other ideas?

The fluid level has about a ten line difference between L and H, when I lower and raise the vehicle for the globe check.

Thanks in advance.

Probably trivial internal leakage back to the reservoir through your height accumulator solenoid valve, it's the only thing separating the high pressure height accumulator from the atmospheric pressure reservoir if the pump isn't running. You will also see (or measure) changes in height between a hot system and a cold system - fundamental Gas Laws.
I would not be overly concerned.

I had the local Yota Dealer do an AHC flush (have a friend on the inside there) and mine is above the max line now but no issues!

Sounds good, thanks.
