So I noticed a crack in the exhaust manifold for my 2.7 L 1996 Tacoma. Toyota parts sells replacements for $219, aftermarket manifolds range from $60-95. Are these aftermarkets any good?

Any suggestions?

bump...

Seriously...is there any experience with this on the board?

I bought an aftermarket manifold from Bishops, in Dallas. Had to grind the front edge of its flange before installing. Other than that it fit well and is a heavier casting than factory.

Try LCE or Downey...

Don't get Downey..They crack worse than stock. NWOR makes one that works better for low end grunt and the LCE is built more for mid-high range power.

I got a stock manifold off a guy that swaped a header onto his 01. 01 and up Toyota changed designs and went to what I call a mini header. it all welded tube not the cast junk that came on the 00-96's.
