My Sirius is crap. The roof tent and rack block it about 95% of the time and when I do hear it it’s in and out constantly. In my 2017 Tacoma with a habitat I had same problem and I I unplugged the shark fin and just plugged one of the magnetic puck ones in and mounted it on the apillar by the windshield fixed everything.

Today I had an audio shop for an hour and a half looking at the 200 and apparently the radio is just a screen with all the electronics mounted remotely somewhere else they couldn’t even find the tuner.

So my question A. Does anyone know where the sat radio tuner is mounted in the vehicle B. Has anyone added one of the magnetic puck antennas or any other aftermarket antennna and confirmed plug and play connector compatibility?

Thanks

The tuner in my 2008 is under the front passenger seat. I just bought an adapter and aftermarket magnet antenna to replace my bad factory antenna. Found it easiest to slide the seat all the way back and access the tuner from there, you’ll see a hole in the carpet. Pretty sure that the antenna wire is in the rear most position, I saw the small black wire and followed that.

Third post down. I used a different antenna, I believe an updated version.
