Can do. But you should run RCA's and a trigger lead to the new amp... The only thing I would use wiring wise is the speak output wires to the stock speakers. Replace that wire when you upgrade speakers.
BTW the stock amp and speaks are total s***. They sound bad. When you put a nice new head unit in and or add a new amp with the stock speakers, you are in fact, polishing a turd.
