If price is close, I'd go with less rust and better maintenance records.
 
It's a win/win. Obviously you know them inside and out. Look at service history, check each out thoroughly. Drive them see how each "feels". This may seem strange for someone who has so many miles behind the wheel but you never know, something might tip the scale in favor of one.
 
Your right i retract my statement. After all I use mine mostly for running around with my kid and prolly sees offroad once every two weeks. Most LX's on this site would out wheel my LC. There are more LX's around because in the earliy 2000's every doctor or plastic surgeon had one. I bought a LC over a lx because I sold my 60 to get a 100. If I rolled up in a lx my friends would never let me down. Personal preference.
