Found out what it was.
55 year old man on 4wheeler was playing outside of his comfort zone i guess and busted all his ribs on right side and something about his kidney also.
He is in bad shape at the Charlotte hospital.

followed it over on 4x4, seems like he took a brutal hit. It will be interesting to see the details of the accident. Must have been pretty horrific to break all the ribs on one side and detach one of the kidneys.
