AC not blowing heat but has hot air?

So when I have my AC set to High, you can feel it come out of the vents but today it will not come out of the vents for feet. When heat is selected it gets really loud under Hih but can barely feel the air leave the vents. Again no air coming from foot vents. Any ideas?

Could be a vent mode servo that has failed. You can try cycling all the temperature and vent modes in different variations, sometimes that will unstick the servos.
