I used a Denso expansion valve and Toyota pressure switch and what @tmxmotorsports posted looks nearly identical except the curly Q end on the expansion valve tip. It also matched exactly what came out.

Here is what I ordered, as I found multiple places that stated this was the same OE supplier that comes in the Toyota marked box:

That doesnt seem right to me....
 
I don’t see why the adapter would make any difference but it is not what I used.

Below is what I used is for a 62. The evap and expansion valve are the same for a 60.

evaporator: Denso DNP-476-0072
Expansion valve: Denso DNP-475-0101
pressure switch: Toyota 88645-30250
Compressor: Denso 471-1433
Drier: Denso 478-0101 (not for r134a, I’m running envirosafe r12a)

cross referenced these #s on several posts here and coolstream.

 
The adapter steps the thread size down. I believe it's also causing me to have a really slight leak.
