I just lifted my 07 FJ Cruiser, 6 inch Rough Country, lift installed great, rides good, very happy overall, but notice that the ABS/VSC is beeping once and activating on the faster wheel in a corner while under braking. Has anyone else had any trouble with this, also, i have 35s on it now, and no previous issues before the lift. Thanks

I installed the lift, and I checked the sensors during and after throughout the cycle of the suspension and there seems to be no binding or tight cables/wires etc. My best guess is that the computer finds some sort of speed conflict with the oversized tires while braking in a corner (sharp corner like pulling into a driveway or onto a 2 lane road, usually while loading or unloading the suspension, but there is plenty of slack in the cables.... its happened maybe 6-7 times in 3 weeks, all low speed, 10-15 mph and only while cornering, one beep and the faster wheel gets the brake applied momentarily.

Cool, next step is to try to allow the ECU to "reset". From my limited understanding of traction control ECU's and the like...it "learns" and adjusts itself depending on the sensor input. I'd disconnect the battery overnight, hook it back up and drive it around "reasonably" as the ECU relearns.

My feable memory recalls this being an issue for some years back and that seemed to help fix the issues...

Did resetting the ECU by disconnecting the battery resolve the issue? I am dealing with the same issue on my 2010 TT w/ the 6" RC lift.
