I know Toyota does not offer this part seperate. (I don't know why.)

Can someone please post a picture of the ABS ring? Does the OEM birf also use a c-clip?

Last, would the ABS ring be THAT hard to reproduce...I mean, why hasn't someone on this board started making/selling an after-market ABS ring? Maybe that will happen once Bobby's 80-Series Longs hit the market?

REALLY I posted this 'cause I'd like to see a pic of the ABS ring, so post up Junk, 'cause I know you have some OEM birfs in the garage.

Yes.

Here is a picture from George's web site. You can see the notches on the ABS ring.

Garth - I have a few OEM's without the ring (it needs to be reused), but I do have a spare ring at work (it's there because was planning on specing it out tomorrow and taking a swag at making 1 or a few).

I can post some pics, but won't be till tomorrow night. It's really nothing special, just a ring with a lot of grooves.

Thanks, guys.

Sorry about the rust  on this one. Didn't have the one I thought handy, so took a pic of this one to make sure I got something posted tonight.

I can't beleave how strong the ring is.
I was beating on it with a BFH trying to get it on the aftermarket birfield. Little did I know that if I broke it I would be SOL.
The bad part of this story is that the ring would fall off after I got it on. Another quality product from MAF

I had the MAF birfield.
I had the same problem with the Newfield.
The ring would go on but it would turn freely and fall off.

CVun told me to pound a chissel on my ring so that it would stay on the birf. I told them to pound sand. I sent them back the Newfields and had them pound up the ring area of the Newfield.
