ABS relay making noise, truck won't start

My '98 Land Cruiser pink ABS relay is making lots of noise and the truck won't start, It seemed that something has drained the battery when sitting around, I recharged the battery to 100%, attempted to start the truck but there is no light in the instrument and it won't start except lots of noise coming from the ABS relay, I could feel the relay vibrated and when remove this ABS relay the noise went away but the truck won't start.

Any ideas what is happenning?

I think there's an electrical short some where, I measured only see 6 volts between the primary terminal of the relay, the lights on the instrument panel did not even light up, some of the idiot lights are dimmed. My wife said she heard a loud "pop" when she tried to start the truck then it when dead. I have 12 volts in the battery. More trouble shooting

Found the problem: .....A dying battery.... Now I misplaced the ABS relay that I removed, darned!
