For the past 2 weeks now, just about every morning on my drive into work at about the same spot where traffic starts to stop and go my brake light and ABS light turn on. No associated ring though, I had the brake booster replaced with a rebuilt unit recently.
The lights go away once I restart the car so I haven’t been able to read the codes and the useless scangauge can’t read ABS… I don’t get the lights on the drive home and there are no drivability issues when the lights are on.
I’ve taken apart the front wheel speed sensors and given them a cleaning to no avail.
Question is, do I waste more money on tools I’ll rarely use like tech stream or is there another way?
