Buddy of mine just bought an '02 LC; I've always had '99's and was wondering if A-Trac is a constant thing on the '00 and up because I don't see a button.

A-Trac comes on automatically when the ABS sensor detects a difference in tire rotation of its counterpart for longer than x rotations.

There is no switch for ATRAC. Check the FAQ for this forum to get more information on ATRAC.
When ATRAC activates is more complicated than wheel speed differences. Also depending on speed, gear selected, transfer case hi or lo, and center diff setting, VSC would activate instead of ATRAC. VSC when activated controls both throttle and brakes where ATRAC is only brakes.
