I am bringing it to URE for the event going on this weekend. I sure would appreciated if someone took a look at it. Hell you can take it for a test drive.

UPDATE!!

Finally I fixed the dang transfer case.
I bought a transfer case from Mike about a week ago. I cleaned and started taking it apart about two nights ago. Once I opened it up and figured out how the gears engaged I went ahead and just tried fixing the one already in the truck.
Suspicions were correct.
The culprit was the linkage from the lever to the TC. There was just enough play for the transfer case not to be able to disengage from low gear.
So I took it for a test drive and what do you know it worked.
I went the speed limit for the first time since I bought it.
Was at 55MPH at about 2300 RPM. Better than 5000.

Now I have to concentrate on the breaks and power steering.
 
Update feb

Its finally fixed.
$130 new master cylinder (newer version)
$130 new power steering pump.

And thats all it took.
The 40 drives like a dream and it finally breaks. I tested the power steering at a parking lot at work at it will turns effortlessly, turning radius is amazing. All with one finger. I have been driving it as much as possible this week.

I also fixed another hiccup I had with the cruiser back in November. I will post up that little hiccup on a new thread though.

I cant wait to drive it to the farm this weekend.
