9k winch anyone? (1 Viewer)

I'm going to a 12k winch just because, so anyone interested in my old 9k hydraulic winch? It bolts to the power steering and really simple on the 80 series, but I also have the connector kit for any Toyota. $350

I don't know about a steal but I think it's a pretty good deal. It is the older model single speed hydraulic which has been replaced with the 2 speed unit. It was something over $700 but I've actually never used it other than to make sure it worked. surprise surprise right

Yeah, about 10 lbs on steel thanks to MR.Plasma cutter I need to go out and flex to see where its a rubbing. When are we going to see you again, we miss you

Anyway, here's some proof that I actually have a winch on the truck. I think I even have an extra roller fair lead for it.

That is a great idea!! I can put it on Baby and put a d-ring in the wall and devise a pulley/fulcrum type situation to winch it in straight. I might need a consultant. It took me five tries to pass physics in college.

I don't mind helping you know that and actually this is a pretty easy install, other than a little messy with draining the fluid. The only catch is that I don't get much free time anymore.

BTW, Richard has first dibs on it as of right now.
