Unaffiliated, but I wanted to share. Checked out this rig for a family member that changed their mind- this LX is in better shape than most, very light rust underneath, VA truck with clean interior, just some driver seat wear. All other leather in great shape, headliner almost perfect and this rig doesn't smell, which is a huge bonus. Cosmetic damage outside-small ding left side hatch that needs cleaned up, some chrome peel on license plate surround. I pulled the VIN on Lexus owners site, note says Timing belt done at 160k. New telescopic steering motor.
Drives well, and AHC seems to function properly. New Michelin LTX/MS tires. I'd buy it, but I don't need it right now! A note on Lexus site states customer had leak on floorboards, and tech noted may have rust issue above windshield causing leak, but this is probably a clogged sunroof drain or AC coil drain clog. I saw this note after I visited to get the VIN, so didn't inspect windshield closely not knowing this ahead of time. Someone will enjoy this one, if you like Gold/tan, which I think is cool.
