I've searched through multiple threads and found lots of info on how to adjust my headlights but the adjustment bolts don't seem to be moving anything. I found info on rebuilding the adjustment module on an 80 series but didn't know if it was possible on a 100? I recently installed new silver star bulbs in my truck and I made sure the light is properly seated but unsure what else to check? The drivers side looks distorted and high compared to the passenger side and I don't want to be shining into other drivers eyes at night and wondered if anyone else had dealt with the same issue?

If the light looks to be distorted or not very bright most likely the bulb is not seated correctly. There is a positive fit try turning the bulb so it keys into the receptacle correctly and you should notice a big difference. The adjustments will not work with an improperly seated bulb. (Ask me how I know ;-) )

Will try again. Thanks! changed the bulbs in the rain while being given directions by my fiance on the way out of town so its possible i hurruied things a little.. lol

I'll also add this: I had a set of headlights that just wouldn't adjust. The solution was heating them open (figured I had nothing to lose) and replacing the little plastic adjustment points behind the reflector. These wear out, that's just how it goes. Once the plastic is stripped the screw just turns. Put in new plastic, works like new. The Retrofit Source has them for cheap, but they can also be found elsewhere online. HTH.

did you figure it out

Yes and I feel a little stupid for not starting with the obvious stuff first. After trying to adjust the lights in different ways I was going to pull the assembly and noticed the bulb looked a little funny. While it was a brand new bulb, it was slightly bent and given my frustration level going through everything, I didn't notice that little detail. I bought another bulb and the beam lined up perfectly! Sorry for the late follow up.
